Instructions left for D while I head off to Kiki's bachlorette this weekend:
When she wakes up in AM:
7-8 oz. warm milk
museli with warm milk and dried berries OR
plain instant oatmeal cooked with milk in microwave for 1 minute and applesauce or dried berries OR
cheerios (but opt for the first two first) with milk
Note: Sometimes she's not in the mood for the museli or oatmeal right away so I put it aside, let her play for a while and then try around 7:30 or 8AM.
1st Nap - 9:00AM
After 1st nap:
Toast with cream cheese and jam OR
Frozen blueberry waffles toasted with cream cheese OR
Cottage Cheese or Yogurt with fresh berries OR
Avocado with cream cheese
2nd Nap - Three hours after she wakes up from 9AM nap (but don't let her sleep past 4:30PM)
After 2nd nap:
5 oz. warm milk
Banana, crackers and/or cheese stick
Dinner one hour before bed:
Frozen tamale
Frozen beef stew by Plum Baby Foods
Canned black beans with cheese if all else fails
Berries for dessert
She should go to bed 3 to 3 1/2 hours after she wakes up from her 2nd nap.

Black changing pad with wipes
2-3 cloth diapers
1 diaper cover
1 plastic bag for dirty diapers
1 change of clothes
1 sun hat
sunscreen
snack cup with crackers and Goji berries and/or dried blackberries and/or raisins
1 sippy with water
